This HTML has received attention from independent media sources and/or other security firms.
This is a Trend Micro detection for compromised HTML pages by the insertion of an encrypted malicious Javascript. The script checks for the affected system's Web Browser and its version. It then generates a random string based on the version.
It then connects to the generated URL to possibly download other malicious files.
