This Trojan is Trend Micro's detection for specially-crafted PowerPoint (.PPT) files that attempt to exploit the vulnerabilty described in the following link:

• Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office PowerPoint Could Allow Remote Code Execution (967340)

It arrives as attachment to email messages spammed by another malware or a malicious user.

It then executes the dropped file(s). As a result, malicious routines of the dropped files are exhibited on the affected system. It drops and executes certain files.
