Description: 

This malicious IRC script is dropped by TROJ_DROPPER.AOC.

It executes within an mIRC environment and connects to an IRC server to join a certain channel. Once active in any of the said channel, a remote malicious user can issue the following commands on the affected machine:

  • Connect back from the channel once disconnected
  • Notify a remote handle on a certain channel during mIRC startup
  • Set the channel to allow certain operations for a BOT component
