Description: 

This JavaScript may be downloaded unknowingly by a user when visiting malicious Web sites. It may be hosted on a Web site and run when a user accesses the said Web site.

It inserts an iframe tag to target sites. The said tag contains links to certain URLs.

It also attempts to access a specific Web site to download files, which are possibly malicious. However, as of this writing, the said site is inaccessible.
