This memory-resident Trojan drops files detected as TROJ_AGENT.CY and TROJ_AGENT.DH in the Windows system folder.

It attempts to connect to certain Web sites and creates the mutex DPS_Mutex.

It is compressed using UPX and compiled in Visual C++, is a high-level programming language.

It runs on Windows NT, 2000, and XP.
