Malware Overview
This Trojan may be downloaded unknowingly by a user when visiting malicious Web sites. A link to the said Web site from which it is downloaded from is given in a spam email. A screenshot of a sample spam email is given below:
The spam email contains a link that connects to a Web site, supposedly showing a video. However, to view the video, users are required to download an updated version of Adobe Flash Player.
This Trojan also accesses Web sites to download a malicious file, which is detected as TSPY_PAPRAS.AM.
