This Trojan arrives as attachment to email messages spammed by another malware or by a malicious user. Here's a screenshot of the spammed message:

It drops malicious files. It then executes the dropped files. As a result, malicious routines of the dropped files are exhibited on the affected system.

It deletes itself after execution.
